A dog costume contest will be part of this year’s Cabin Fever Festival Feb. 28 on the village green in Hamilton. The contest begins at 2 p.m. and this year’s categories include Space Dog, Super Hero Action Dog and Not Dog - for the dog that does not look like a dog anymore in his disguise. Prizes
